IntelliChief Bolsters Executive Leadership

IntelliChief, which was recently spun out of IBM i forms management company Quadrant Software, has made some big personnel moves recently as it looks to establish itself as an independent provider of content management and workflow solutions for the IBM i community. In the past month, IntelliChief announced two new hires, including Michael Rooney as the new vice president of sales and marketing, and Michael Jasper as the new partner development manager. The two men were hired by a management team led by co-CEOs and co-founders Gary Langton and Peter DiPierro. Rooney comes to IntelliChief from a Massachusetts company, Integrity Interactive, that develops ethics and compliance programs for midsize companies. Rooney, who will be in charge of positioning IntelliChief software in the market and driving sales through direct and indirect channels, actually joined the IntelliChief organization last summer, when it was a part of Quadrant Software; the company had operated IntelliChief as a separate gentility for some time, the company says. Jasper arrives at Mansfield, Massachusetts-based IntelliChief from a San Diego, California, firm, TLE.market, that specializes in sales opportunities for software companies and B2B service providers. Jasper will be responsible for providing senior level support to IntelliChief’s business partners and growing the partner channel. IntelliChief, which develops “paperless process management,” or PPM, software that runs on Windows but largely targets the IBM i market, also recently revamped its website, www.intellichief.com. The new website is easer to navigate and content is more readily accessible, marketing director Brian Smith says.
