The holidays are almost here, which means that people are beginning to think about gingerbread men, mistletoe, eggnog, and … taxes. But fear not, for the folks at Quadrant Software have just released their 2011 Tax FormsPack, which makes generating employee tax forms easy. One of the benefits of using document management software is the automatic generation of tax forms. Companies that use Quadrant’s document management software, called Formtastic, can easily generate the required W2, 1099, and 1096 forms using employee data housed on the IBM i server. The software also allows users to customize their forms with corporate logos and other details. Quadrant’s FormsPacks include standard forms and labels, such as purchase orders, invoices, and MICR check printing, and are pre-configured for many popular IBM i applications, including JD Edwards, Infor XA, ApplicationPlus, CommercialWare, and Mincron, to name a few. “Everyone knows tax season is an intensely busy, stressful time for financial executives, CFOs, tax accountants and more,” says Stephen Woodard, Quadrant Software’s CEO. “We’ve created a pre-configured package of tax forms to make filings easier and to reduce the time and risk associated with costly misfilings or missing tax documentation.” RELATED STORIES Quadrant Offers Discount on 2010 Tax Form Package Candescent Buys Quadrant Software as IntelliChief Spins Out Quadrant Updates Fax Offering for IBM i
