A.T. Cross, a manufacturer of engraved pens and other gifts, says its recent decision to implement IntelliChief‘s electronic document management and workflow software will enable it to get the upper hand on previously paper-based processes. A.T. Cross is a 165-year-old company that’s established itself as a designer and marketer of branded personal and business accessories, such as pens and watches, which it sells around the world via retail and corporate channels. The company, which had revenues of $165 million last year, uses the IBM i-based MAC-PAC ERP system from TDCI to help automate critical processes. Not every process is |
