Help/Systems Gets Its Splunk On with ‘InterMapper’ Launch

IBM i systems management software developer Help/Systems last week unveiled InterMapper App for Splunk Enterprise, a network analytics and visualization tool designed to work with the data collection software from Splunk.
Splunk is an up-and-coming company based in San Francisco that develops software for searching, monitoring, and analyzing big data. The company’s main product, also called Splunk, helps organizations to capture, index, and correlate large amounts of data, and use it to develop graphs, reports, alerts, and dashboards, all from a Web-based interface.

Help/Systems Updates Job Scheduler GUI

IBM i operators gain new insights into the state of their job scheduling environments with the latest release of Robot/SCHEDULE from Help/Systems. With version 11, the vendor has made several changes in the graphical Schedule Activity Monitor (SAM) that will enhance the capability of operators to oversee jobs running across IBM i, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
SAM is a graphical console that gives operators and administrators critical pieces of information about the state of Robot/SCHEDULE. In the summary screen, SAM displays all the past, present, and future jobs. On the left of SAM’s summary screen is a column

Komodo Launches Hosted Splunk Service for IBM i

Robot Job Scheduler Gets a Fresh New Look

In the world of Web design, a user interface built with a “responsive design” is equally at home on a smartphone as a Windows PC. HelpSystems took responsive design to heart with the latest update to Robot SCHEDULE, which now features a Web-based user interface that will give customers deeper insight into how jobs are running on the IBM i server.
