Hooking ERP systems up to IntelliChief‘s document and content management system should be easier with the recently released Integration Link offering. IntelliChief is a suite of Windows products designed to help organizations transition to using electronic documents and workflows with their business processes. The suite includes functionality for handling the input of paper or electronic documents, the output of electronic documents, and the flow of work in between. With the new Integration Link module, IntelliChief customers will be able to retrieve electronic documents stored in the IntelliChief repository directly from within an ERP application. This approach eliminates the need to make custom modifications to ERP systems and allows users to work within a familiar environment. Setting up Integration Link is easy, IntelliChief says. A point and click interface guides the user through the process of hooking up IntelliChief to an ERP system. The software will work with any type of ERP clients, including those with Web-based, mobile, or Windows clients. The capability implement Integration Link without modification is key to the value proposition, says Ken Anderson, vice president of sales and marketing. “They can literally image-enable virtually any application in minutes and even provide access to documents between best of breed point solutions,” he says. The new module is available immediately, with pricing starting at $4,995 per system. For more information see www.intellichief.com.
