HiT Software Takes DBMoto To the Cloud

HiT Software last week unveiled a cloud version of DBMoto, its data replication and change data capture (CDC) software. The new product uses Web services to keep disconnected databases refreshed or in sync with other databases, using the cloud for transport. DB2/400 is supported by the software, as are 20 other databases. Organizations are increasingly adopting cloud-based applications to address their data processing needs, particularly in areas such as CRM, sales force automation, human resources, and reporting and analytics.
